In 2017, the US Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and US Military responded to a security outbreak in the Horn of Africa region. This emergency deployment increased both entities’ regional footprint and incorporated several new locations. A reliable and rapidly deployable SPV platform with supply chain management and logistics was urgently required to support the on-going mission.

Since 2011, the US and Moroccan Militaries have engaged in bi-annual, bilateral exercises aimed at improving interoperability and a mutual understanding of country’s tactics, techniques, and procedures. A reliable SPV platform was required to support the operation on a regular basis.

Creating a logistics and supply chain for the US Navy
Starting in 2011, the US Military joined the international military operation in Libya to enforce the United Nations Security Council’s Resolution. The US Military required a heavy increase in normal stock levels to support the Navy’s escalated movement in the Mediterranean.
